Devin cut his teeth as an attorney working on M&A, private equity and fund formation at a regional firm in Indianapolis then at an international law firm with 2500+ attorneys. In 2015, Devin moved to Cardinal Health to execute strategic transactions. Most recently, Devin served as General Counsel of a public company in the genetic diagnostics space. Devin has closed transactions exceeding $11 Billion in value, including buying, selling and partnering with Private Equity firms, domestic and international fund formation and roll-up, tuck-in and add-on transactions.
Jerry is all about leading as a go-getter, game-changer, and good human. As an experienced leader known for motivating teams and growing individuals, Jerry is a true renaissance man with expertise in leadership, sales, customer relations, support, operations, product, and financials. With a successful track record of building, scaling, and exiting companies, Jerry brings a keen eye for identifying opportunities, an unmatched “anything is possible” attitude, and refreshing “let’s go change the world” perspective to all of our companies.
Don is a strategic entrepreneur with a focus on big-picture strategy, team culture, and branding. As the visionary at Acceptd, Don worked alongside his Noble partners, Derek and Jerry, to grow the company to over 30 employees, 750 clients, and 750,000 users before a successful exit. He excels at building strong, cohesive teams and leveraging the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) to drive growth. In addition to his tech ventures, Don is a real estate investor and is involved in several AI-based businesses. Outside of work, he’s a father of five who enjoys bonfires.
Derek is a serial entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in operational efficiency, strategic planning, and financial management. Focusing on aligning big-picture vision and execution, Derek successfully scaled his venture-backed software company, Acceptd, achieving double-digit year-over-year growth. After leading the company to an eight-figure exit, he is now dedicated to acquiring and scaling businesses, leveraging his expertise to drive sustainable growth and success.
